WE ARE UPDATING OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM!
We have been working behind the scenes for the last several months on a major computer software upgrade within your Credit Union. We are going live with our new system on Thursday July 2, 2026.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU AS A MEMBER?
Up until June 30, 2026, nothing will change for you. On Tuesday June 30, 2026, MCFCU will close their offices at 5pm (this includes both branch offices and their drive-throughs). We will also be closed on Wednesday July 1, 2026, to switch our software over to our new system. During this time frame, you will have some external limitations on your account.
- ATM and debit card limits will be lowered during this time of transition
- There will be limitations to the functionality in our online/mobile banking system
- No in-person transactions will be processed.
- Phone calls to process transactions will not be returned until Thursday.
We will open all branches (lobbies AND drive-throughs) at 9am on Thursday July 2, 2026. We will be transacting business as usual on that day, but we ask for your patience. Our staff has been going through extensive training on our new system, but things will be moving at a slower pace while we get used to the change. We will still work hard to provide you with the same friendly, accurate service you have been familiar with for the last 70+ years!
PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! Ensure that you have planned to have your financial needs in order prior to the close of business on Tuesday June 30, 2026, knowing that you won’t be able to access your account in person until Thursday July 2, 2026.
If you have additional questions prior to the transition, please feel free to ask our staff and we will work to get those answered for you.
